I'm a fan of Holsteins and Simmentals myself, but somehow Prentiss doesn't seem like the kind of girl who's really all that interested in beef, aside from how well it's cooked on her plate. *G*
And of course Hotch knows exactly what's going on, because he and Dave have known each other for a good ten years at least (in my personal canon it's longer, but that's ignoring weird canon!math). So yes, the hurt-her-and-die lecture would definitely be one Dave would get. *G*
