I think I love this series because you let everyone BE themselves. I've always been someone who NEVER talks down to kids; I use "big" words and then explain them if I have to, so I love that you let Spencer do what he'd do naturally (unfortunately, I'm not nearly as smart as Spencer, I just believe kids won't develop a good vocabulary if they've never heard words they don't understand). And the "AW" factor is just right - sweet without being overly done, if you know what I mean. Jack is simply a normal little kid who knows the men in his life love him, just in different ways, and he loves them back in his own "Jack" way. Great series!
