*G* Well, my dad's family is Catholic, though my mom's family is Protestant and I was raised that way, so I have a semi-insider's view of it, though I imagine I tend to romanticize the ritual and whatnot more than I should. So I'm glad that it came across properly in the opinion of someone who really knows what I was trying to get across. :D
