Notes: So I've actually had this track mostly done for a long time, but I waffled over one song for a while. This mix is about the David Rossi/Emily Prentiss pairing in Criminal Minds, and specifically about the pairing as

severity_softly and I write them in our fic series What Happens in Vegas. You don't have to have read the fics in order to enjoy this (I hope), but it probably would make it more enjoyable. What I find odd is that, despite my belief that Dave Rossi is an Elvis Presley, Carlos Santana, Moody Blues, kinda guy...this mix is very heavily folk and country with a hint of pop and alternative.

I've been working on the fanmix for the 'What Happens in Vegas' fic universe for a while now, and as the AU version of this fic is set to start posting this month as an ongoing series, I figured now was the best time to post it. You don't really need to read the fic to enjoy the music, but it would probably add to your enjoyment of the mix, as the songs I've chosen follow the story arc of the three fics in the universe--some of them may not make sense strictly as a Dave/Em song if you haven't read the fic.
